Our first single vineyard Chardonnay from the estate farmed Sims Vineyard is a delicious example of Oregon’s cool climate Chardonnays. Salty citrus notes greet the nose, with baked yellow apple, lemongrass, flint, honey and a touch of honeydew melon quickly following. The palate is rich but elegant with tempered acidity and a juicy, saline finish.
