You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. A printed version of these Terms of Service will be admissible in judicial and administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Service to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Website, and operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Shipping Limitations
When you place an order with REX HILL, we will act on your behalf and engage a common carrier to deliver your order. The purchaser and recipient of this shipment must be at least 21 years old. An adult signature is required upon delivery.
When an order is placed, it will ship to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Website. All purchases from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. All wines are sold in Oregon. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Website pass to you in Oregon upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Shipping laws for wine are always changing and we will keep this list as current as possible. Return and Exchange Policy
