Member Terms & Policies

The wine club membership is continuous until you cancel it. A two-shipment commitment is required at the time of enrollment. Your credit card will be billed automatically for the retail price of the wines (less club discount) plus any applicable taxes and fees. Prices are subject to change. You may cancel your membership at any time without further obligation once your two-shipment commitment has been met except for wines shipped prior to REX HILL receipt of your notice of cancellation. Please submit all cancellation requests via email to club@REXHILL.com to cancel your membership.

Each fulfillment ranges from $450-$900. *Prices may vary with customization.

Pick up policy – We allow you 3 months from your release date to pick up your wine; we do not have the space to hold previous club allocations. Therefore, we ask that you abide by this policy and come see us in this time frame. If you are unable to visit us within the 3 month time frame, please call our concierge at 503.455.8352. If you do not contact us after the 3 months, we will use your wines for a Charitable Donations Program.

Additional changes to your account or shipment will not be permitted after processing.  Any changes requested after your shipment is processed are not guaranteed and subject to additional fees.

Customer acknowledgment statement – I certify that the receipt and sender are at least 21 years of age and understand that an adult signature is required for receipt of all shipments. REX HILL is committed to the responsible enjoyment of its wines, and wine club membership is open to those 21 years of age or older. By joining the REX HILL wine club I hereby affirm that I am at least 21 years, and understand that REX HILL may verify my age (or wine shipment recipient), and request substantiating information from me (and/or the recipient) to that end.
