Severe weather can compromise wine. Temperature Controlled FedEx Ground is now available to most states during the winter and summer months. Please allow up to 21 business days for delivery. We cannot guarantee the quality of wine shipped FedEx Ground or UPS Ground during extreme temperatures. Expedited shipping services such as FedEx 2-Day Air and FedEx Overnight are highly recommended to further ensure the safety of your wine. Orders placed after 10 AM PST will be processed the next business day.
SAME DAY COURIER SERVICE
Service limited to the Portland metro area and to Vancouver, Washington. Orders using our same day courier service must be placed by 11 AM PST. Next day delivery Monday – Friday is always available for the same cost. Delivery window is between 1 and 5 PM. Customer must be home to receive wine; adult signature required. A second shipping attempt will result in additional shipping charges, not to exceed $32.00. Weekend delivery is available for an additional charge.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
REX HILL Winery guarantees quality wines and service. Wines purchased through our website that are damaged or flawed will be replaced or refunded. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages for any other reason. In the event of a flawed bottle, we ask customers to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Wines purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer, who will receive a replacement bottle from the winery. We are unable to accept returned wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please read our shipping policy and weather advisements carefully before placing your order. Should you have any return questions or concerns, please email info@REXHILL.com.
If the shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund or replacement order.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the full order less shipping and handling.
