Truffle Brunch

Underneath the Willamette Valley’s forests in the dead of winter, there is a world teeming with life — an underground home to one of our state’s prized delicacies: the wild Oregon truffle. As with their French and Italian cousins, chefs delight in the season when this fabulous fungus makes its way into their kitchens and onto your plate. Join us at the REX HILL Tasting Room on February 28th and March 1st as we host a special dining experience, in honor of Oregon Truffle Month. All truffles used are sourced with dogs and hand harvested. Explore the pairing philosophy that ‘what grows together, goes together,’ and indulge in Oregon-grown REX HILL wines and a delicious three-course meal crafted to highlight Oregon truffles.
