Behind the Bottle with Mathieu

This summer, experience REX HILL like never before. On select Sundays, members of our cellar team—who work most intimately with our wines—will step into the Tasting Room to share a unique glimpse of what they do and share some one-of-a-kind wines. Each pour reflects the deep intention behind every bottle. You’ll gain insight into the hands-on expertise and unique perspectives of the REX HILL cellar team, as they share wines that speak to their journey and craft.

Mathieu knows every step it takes to blend a delicious Pinot Noir. In this session, he will demystify the steps from barrel to bottle and be offering a behind-the-scenes Cellar Tour, that will include a taste of something no one else can try.

Behind the Bottle sessions are complimentary to all guests visiting our Tasting Room on these afternoons. Reservations are encouraged; walk-ins are welcome!
