Join us as Chef Billy serves the best of Pacific Northwest seafood for a thoughtfully prepared experience. Enjoy scallop, Albacore and King Salmon Crudo, fresh Northwest oysters on the half-shell, house-cured salmon Gravlax “Reuben”, Dungeness Crab, and a shellfish Bouillabaisse. Each dish will be intentionally paired with vintage and varietal highlights:
