Additional changes to your account or shipment will not be permitted after processing. Any changes requested after your shipment is processed are not guaranteed and subject to additional fees.
Weather Restrictions
REX HILL typically offers Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Expedited Next Day Delivery services. However, during extreme weather conditions or temperature variances, we want to ensure that the quality of your wine is not impacted. Because of this, we do not guarantee Ground shipping during such weather conditions. Overnight is highly recommended to further ensure the safety of your wine.
Return Policy
We understand changes may happen. Please review and confirm all shipping details before placing your order. Changes requested to shipping orders after order placement are not guaranteed and are subject to additional fees.
Please contact us regarding any of our products you deem damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We will work with you directly to find a satisfactory solution as allowed by law. We may request that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle along with any shipping materials and a copy of the purchase receipt. CAN I EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge. You will be presented with the option to select from available shipping options upon checkout.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, General Delivery, or APO/FPO.
When shipping wine, we strongly recommend that you use a business address if possible, as someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed by 8 a.m. PST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 9 a.m. will ship on the next applicable shipping day.
