About the Artwork:

Patience and time are integral to winemaking and to fermentation as a whole. ‘Work in Progress’ depicts the ebb and flow during the harvest season where waiting for the perfect moment is just as important as reaching for the next task. More often than not, the two go hand in hand and we often find ourselves waiting and watching as yeast is inoculated, tanks are cleaned and wine is pumped. The use of technology, both digital and analog, helps us time our movements just right so that nothing goes to waste.
