Pale pink with soft salmon tones, the 2025 REX HILL Rosé opens with aromas of melon, strawberry, and white peach, layered with rose tea, chamomile and hints of lemongrass and tarragon. The palate is light yet textured, with a creamy, rounded mouthfeel from barrel aging. Flavors of orange creamsicle, citrus peel, apricot, and watermelon rind are complemented by floral notes and subtle savory accents. Broad and gentle on the palate, the wine is balanced by moderate acidity with a bright, refreshing finish.
